The Stirling Tenants Assembly is supported by Luke Scrivens, a Tenant Participation Officer hired by Stirling Council.

"As a Tenant Participation Officer within Stirling Council, I work to ensure tenants have a strong voice in shaping the housing services that affect them. My role involves supporting tenants and residents' groups, facilitating consultations, and encouraging engagement in decision-making processes. I help organise events, meetings, and training sessions to empower tenants and ensure their views are heard by the council. By working closely with Registered Tenant Organisations (RTOs) such as the STA, I strive to strengthen partnerships between tenants and the housing service, ensuring policies and services reflect their needs and priorities."
